Care starts with the right person.

    1. Checked before care starts

Background checks, identity, references and previous care work are reviewed before someone joins the team.

    2. Experienced caregivers

Every caregiver brings at least 10 years of hands-on experience supporting seniors with day-to-day care at home.

    3. Qualifications verified

For Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), relevant qualifications and current training are checked.

    4. Matched to the person

We consider personality, interests, routines and the type of support needed, not just availability.

    5. Introduced before the first visit

The family can speak with the caregiver before welcoming them into the home.

    6. The same caregiver, visit after visit

The caregiver you meet is the one who keeps coming, with advance notice if that ever has to change.

    7. A dedicated care coordinator

A WithGrace coordinator oversees the match and checks in with the family every week.

    8. Support if something changes

Families know who to contact if the match does not feel right or the regular caregiver is unavailable.

One short call sets the whole thing up.

    1. Request callback

The daily routine, the help that would be welcome, and what's been keeping you up at night.

    2. We match the caregiver

One regular caregiver: checked, referenced, and with at least 10 years of experience.

    3. The visits start

Usually within days. Three hours at a time, with a note to you afterwards.

    Change or pause any time.

Let's find the right care plan.
