Daily conversation and a short update afterwards.
Daily calls, with home visits when needed.
Add whatever would help, and we'll point you to the smallest plan that covers your list.
A friendly companion who calls every weekday.
First jobs, first apartments, and what a dollar used to buy.
How the grandparents met, the famous summer, who really made the best gravy.
The records worth turning up, and the dances they bring back.
A chapter at a time, read down the line, opinions welcome.
The morning headlines, and a good-natured argument about them.
Last night's score, the state of the bullpen, and whether this is the year.
The dish nobody has made right since, and how it was really done.
Some days it’s the crossword, some days it’s something heavier. The call holds both.
A familiar face who lends a hand around the home.
A hand getting washed and dressed, and starting the day feeling like yourself.
The bed made up fresh, corners done, laundry folded and put away the good way.
The groceries in, the prescription picked up, the mail opened and dealt with.
Getting up, the stairs, a walk to the mailbox on a good day.
Dishes done, counters wiped, the bathroom cleaned up. The place feels cared for.
Something home-cooked, and a plate or two left in the fridge for later.
The bulb that's out, the smoke detector's chirp, the box that's been stuck on the top shelf since spring.
The coffee on, a real catch-up, an hour that doesn't feel rushed.
The same familiar face, there when weeks get harder.
A quiet look at how the week is really going, with anything worth knowing sent to the family that evening.
Getting back on your feet at home: meals, a little help, and a watchful, familiar face.
A gentle prompt so the pills aren’t missed, morning and evening. Reminders only, never giving or handling medication.
A look around for whatever could cause a fall: the loose rug, the dark stairwell, the burned-out bulb, all made safe.
A familiar face and a steady routine, gentle reminders, and a calm presence on the harder days.
A ride to the appointment, a familiar face in the waiting room, and the details written down for the family after.
A hand with washing, dressing, and the personal parts of the day, always with privacy and respect.
A hard week gets extra visits. A good stretch eases back. It bends to the moment.
A few findings from research on older adults.

Frequent mental activity was linked to roughly a third slower cognitive decline than average.
Neurology, 2013
Up to 45% of dementia is tied to factors we can influence, learning and connection among them.

Both my parents have used the services offered to them from WithGrace for about a year now. The service offered was excellent and very personable. As far as the family are concerned, we would happily recommend WithGrace to look after and care for your nearest and dearest.
Wonderful support for my dad and very caring staff. So happy we found you to help my dad continue to live at home safely. Office staff were very helpful in arranging the right level of care for dad so that he could continue to enjoy his life and be active.
All the carers, without exception, have been kind, patient and supportive… I feel greatly comforted and reassured that our ongoing care needs will continue to be met. I’m really pleased with the service WithGrace provides.
A real person, background-checked and trained by us. And it’s the same caregiver every call.
The same person every visit, background-checked and trained by us. And never a stranger at the door: there’s an introduction by phone before the first visit. If you’d rather be there yourself the first time, just say so when we set things up.
Whatever the day needs: a hand getting ready in the morning, a hot meal, the laundry, errands, or just coffee and a good catch-up. It’s not medical care. It’s a caregiver's help and company, paying attention.
About 15 minutes, Monday through Friday, between 9am and 5pm, at a time that works.
Only with everyone’s agreement. Massachusetts law requires everyone on a call to consent to recording, so it’s on only if everyone on the call wants it. Otherwise there’s no recording, just the note your caregiver writes you afterward.
That’s your call. When we set things up, you decide together how the notes work. Either way, the notes are everyday things: how the day went, what brought a laugh, and anything that seems a little off.
We keep trying. If we still can’t get through, we call you right away.
Yes. They’re good programs. Many Councils on Aging run a free daily check-in, and around here the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office makes free “Are You OK?” calls every weekday morning. If the town offers one, take it. What we add is different work: the same trained caregiver every weekday, a real conversation built around what they love, a regular visit, and a note to you after every one. Plenty of families use both, and they should.
No. WithGrace is non-medical care and companionship, at home and on the phone. For anything medical, the doctor always comes first.
Visits currently cover Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, and Milton. If you’re a town or two over, ask anyway. If you’re farther out, still tell us where: we’ll be straight about whether we can get there yet, and we’ll let you know when the town makes the list. We add towns as we hire visitors we’d trust with our own family, which is slower than we’d like and the only way we’ll do it.
Our family. We run WithGrace, a family home care agency that has scored 9.6 out of 10 across 31 family reviews. WithGrace is what we’re building in Massachusetts: calls and visits, companionship rather than home care, run by the same family.
An hour of good company at home, weekday calls if they’re wanted, and a note to you after every one, from people who’ll notice if something’s not quite right. Your first week is on us.
